A. To increase height and weight, it is important to feed nutritious foods full of protein and vitamins. For weight gain, include fatty foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, banana, avocado, sweet potato, milk shakes with dry fruits, cereals, legumes, eggs, ghee, chicken and 600-700 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. For height increase, engage her in physical activities like running, jumping, climbing, hanging, cycling, swimming and other outdoor games. Limit screen time to minimum. Keep her well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
