Q.

#AskTheExpert#MamyPoko My babygirl is 5 months 25 days.She can sit with support can hold her head.but not sitting independent ly.Can I start giving her semi-solid food from now or should I wait ?

A. Dear mum, after another 5 days you can introduce semi solid foods, which is once your baby completes 6 months. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2-3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
