ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Spitting up 3 to 4 times a day or more is common for babies under 3 months old. Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so.

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
