as per my opinion if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about his or her appearance.
offer homemade healthy food.
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child.
keep your child well hydrated
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
