ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello yoi can start the solids after 6 months of age fir the baby and start with fruits and vegetables and also rice or suji and then slowly one ny one keeo adding things.

After the age of six months she can be goven the semi solids , fluids and solids
But don't introduce it drastically
Introduce it very gradually.
Take sunbath daily
