See The most common reason would possibly be dry skin and apart from that it could be a calcium deficiency as well I would just advise you to get a check with your doctor because that way at least you will have a clarity as to what is the right reason and if a supplement or tonic is needed they can guide you accordingly or if any cream is needed then also the doctor can I
