RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am See maybe due to constipation your child is not eating well which is why your child is losing weight. I would advise you to start giving papaya to your child and prune juice every single morning in a teaspoon of honey with warm water right before the bedtime. Give really good amount of water and food to the child which are rich in fibre and vitamin C
