#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko My baby is 3 months old and is not willing to have breastfeed. As a result it milk production has almost stopped. How to restart the production, have purchased electric pump. Have used nipple shield also for sometime.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it s not possible baby doesn't breastfeeding breast milk is the complete nutrition to baby till first six months of age also it contains natural antibodies for baby immunity against infections and best for digestion . Formula milk should not be given at all unless advised by pediatrician . No need to give gripe water or ghutti below 6 months of age
