Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. steam s the safe remedy. cold and cough can be due to season change mostly and is due to viral in majority of cases . Can give indirect steam inhalation for relief from nasal blockage. Use nasivion drops for congestion . For cough , need to see a doctor if wer cough .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to do hot compress on the chest it is advisable that you try to also apply baby Vicks rub on the chest and back of the child can apply brandy on the feet
