#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko mam, I am taking multivitamin, iron, calcium and omega 3 supplement so this thing my baby is getting through feeding so need to give supplement of iron and calcium to baby. my baby is 4 months old.

A. Yes you can give iron and calcium supplement and vitamin D3 drops but after consulting your Paediatrician and feed baby on regular intervals as mothers feed is the best food for the baby

A. Yes What you are having is for your consumption if a child is also getting it from you it is not like the entire percentage that should be taken by the child so that the extra supplements are very important to be given to the child like how you’re eating is not going to fill up your child’s tummy it’s the similar way you having all the supplements is not going to affect your child in a totality
