ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There is no need to give gripe water to the vaby as it us not needed and just feed baby on regular intervals like after every two to three hours interval and if baby is passing six to eight times urine in a day then it shows baby is hydrated
