you need to visit your pediatrician for once
at home,
please offer breasfeeding as per your child needs.
it will help to keep your child well hydrated.
try heat fomentation
for that
take a clean Cotton clothe
heat the tava
place Cotton clothe on it for few seconds.
Check with your hands first that clothe should not be too hot
then gently place it on your child chest and back.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
