Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. You should first regularise his eating and other routine then he will get into a regular sleeping routine. Wake him up at seven everyday, feed him on time, put him to nap on the same time every day and wake him after two hours correctly even if he wants to sleep for some more time. Keep him active throughout the evening so that he gets tired. Feed him dinner around again on the same time everyday. Follow a bed time routine brushing, changing to night clothes, getting to bed, reading a bed time story and then lights off. Keep on practicing this every day. At one point he will get used to this routine
Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Coconut oil is the best followed by diaper rash cream . Before putting diapers you can apply coconut oil. If the rashes are still there you can go for diaper rash cream(Sebamed or Himalayas are good). You should also give diaper free time for few hours everyday. Also make sure you choose the right size which is neither too loose nor too tight for the baby. And in very severe cases of rashes, stop using diapers for sometime. You can consult with your pediatrician and get some medicated ointments prescribed.
