#AskTheExpert #MamyPoko how can I help relieve my 4 month baby constipation... at times she passes motion in 2-3 days. Also what practices you suggest in daily routine for smooth passage is motions in babies. My baby is having mostly expressed breast milk and 2-3 feeds of formula per day.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in propeutr dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
