Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. fever is the response of the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is called as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose which can be again repeated after every 5 - 6 hours if required and do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in be:eitween the doses.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Give paracetamol to ur baby for fever. Repeat the dose after four five hours if fever comes again. Viral fever can take 3-5 days to subside. If no other symptoms then no need to worry. Take care and all the best
