#asktheexpert #mamypoko hi my child is 19 months old n he poops normally but when he wants to poop he is trying to push it out very hard meanwhile he is getting urine droplets because of that. but the poop is not too hard what to do for that kindly help me out

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is advisable to give only homemade food as well as plenty of fibre diet and give cereals pulses vegetables fruits and specially papaya banana oats fennel seeds water which help in decreasing the problem
