#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Hi Dr, I am kamala and i have 5 months girl baby. For her sometimes my milk is not sufficient. I had all the nutrition food. 6 months is not completed for her. Could you please suggest me other than breast milk wat else can i give. Thank you.

A. you can meet your doctor who will take the weight of the child and tell you whether any health supplements are required or not and if needed the doctor will also guide you regarding formula milk and complementary feeding has to be started only after completion of 6 months of age
