A. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain double their birth weight by the age of 6 months and ideally 7 months old baby should have weight between 6 to 9 kg. so don't worry. if your child looks happy healthy and active ,gains enough weight then no need to give extra medicines. and instead of giving medicines on daily basis, I suggest you to opt for natural . I mean ,it is better to offer food like green leafy vegetables, fruits , jeggaryetc to your child
