ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello after the vaccination the fever may persist fir 48 to 72 hours. and if it is beyond that age then best is to consult the doctor and look for other causes.

Hello ma’am If the fever does not subside in 48 to 72 hours and that is not a healthy thing to go for you should consult your doctor ones regarding the same because it is important for a child to get rid of fever within a specific time otherwise it can increase and it’s risky then
