#AskTheExpert #MamyPoko Hello Sir My baby girl is 3 months and 8 days old. She doesn’t poop regularly. Earlier she used to poop regularly in first 4-5 weeks but now she doesn’t poop for even 15 days. I have tried giving gripe water and janam ghutti as recommended by friends and family but still she’s not pooping. She only poops when i insert water mixed with glycerin in her rectum. Any suggestions sir ? Thank you in advance.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. no need of gripe water it is ok . Baby may not be passing motion daily and may pass in 2 to 3 days . If it is more than 7 days then glycerine suppository can be used over the anal area for lubrication
