#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko hello sir/ma'am my 6yrs. old son has extreme constipation .......he passes stool after 4-5 days ....it is a task for me to make sit in the wash room.what can i do ?

I will tell you to think that you can go ahead with first of word increase more of four fibre-based diet and liquid quantity in to your child at water or any other healthy life with You can certainly go ahead with that is very important secondly also advise you that you should go ahead with giving prune juice to the child in the night before your child was to sleep and from morning you should start working out like this that whatever what are you give add some fellow seeds into that and give that water only to the child in the dayWrite Your Answer Here
