#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko hello ma'am, my kids are having calcium deficiency, they do not drink milk. I took to the doc nearby, he asked me to give them calcium syrup. As long as I give they r fine. Once I stop giving they r crying of leg aches n hand aches. Please suggest something. Thank you

A. good to offer calcium rich food, like ghee, yogurt serve as the good calcium source. spinach, ladyfinger, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium. Sesame seeds. give flavoured milk.
