#AskTheExpert #MamyPoko doc my baby gal is 11 months old. She is not eating properly. She always turn down her face seeing food. Her weight is also not increasing (7.3kg). M very tensed

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, a baby should be 10 kgs (9 to 11 kgs) by age 1 year.
So accordingly your baby is gaining weight appropriately. Just give her food in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only,
Add fruits in her diet.

When the babies are on teething the appetite decreases. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby
Give variety of food and choices to ur baby as giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating
