Yes you can but its best to consult a doctor and a lactation specialist to see how the milk flow will be post vaccine.Its always best if the mother goes in for a health check up before getting vaccinated and seeks an expert opinion on the dos and don'ts.Also try formula and see if the baby is taking it so that in case the mother is unable to feed the baby will have formula.
