A. this is called as regurgitation of milk so if your child is comfortable and accepting feeds and growing well then nothing to worry about it so just relax and all the best for you

A. hi usually it is normal please offer small and frequent feeds. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. make sure your child latches properly because sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. maintain good hygiene.
