POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy6 months agoA. Small blisters on your baby's forehead, chin, and face could be due to heat rash, baby acne, or an allergic reaction. Keep the affected area clean and dry, and avoid using harsh soaps or lotions. You can gently wipe the face with lukewarm water and apply a mild, fragrance-free baby moisturizer or coconut oil to soothe the skin. If the blisters persist, worsen, or cause discomfort, consult a pediatrician to rule out any skin infection or allergy. Avoid excessive heat exposure and dress your baby in light, breathable cotton clothes to prevent further irritation.
