Hi mommy Maintain hygiene Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Or bio oil or cocoa butter by palmers Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Maintain hydration It will correct soon
