#AskTheExpert mam which multigrain aata is good for gestational pregnancy, which food should should include in multigrain aata for diabetes during pregnancy.

A. you can prepare multigrain aata by incorporating kala chana atta along with wheat flour keep the atta coarse you may also opt for millet roti like Jawar Bajra nachni, jau instead of wheat include lot of green leafy vegetables salads, legumes, sprout avoid processed food maintain activity

You Can I actually Make it yourself you know as it just get different varieties of flours and mix it all together at home instead of going for the ready-made multigrain Aata so you can ask a nutritionist which all are going to be good and just get them all together and mix it at home fresh Atta don’t go for the Redmi eight packets
