Q.

#asktheexpert Mam what's the difference between Yogurt & Curd. I tried offering homemade curd and packet curd for my baby but it turned out to be sour and she refused. Can I give store brought Yogurt. Can you suggest which of these is best

A. you may give whoke milk yoghurt n home made fresh curd. avoud sour n refrigirated one. give ur chikd well balanced diet inckuding all food groups.. ok

A. Curd is made by mixing milk with lemon or Curd, which yields several types of Lactic acid bacteria also known as Lactobacillus. Whereas, Yogurt is made by commercial fermentation of milk by ingesting a particular type of bacteria strain
