#asktheexpert mam my doctor is having very hard stool she is 2 yrs old . her diet is good and drinks a lot of water but still her stool is very hard and tries to avoid doing potty because of that hard stool.Need your guidance

A. hi. do gi e him lots if fiber rich foid, fruits and veggies.. give lume warm water to drink .. akso give enough phydic plsy time to avoid constipation
