#AskTheExpert hello doctor my baby is having hard stool 1 to2 times daily even he drinks water properly ... tell me some suggestions to relieve this

A. include more fibres in the diet like prunes dates Chiku veggies fruits and also make sure that you are providing proper physical activity along with sufficient amount of fluids to keep them well hydrated
