#AskTheExpert mam my daughter is completing one year by coming 13th. But I'm concerned about her weight. She is still 7.9kg I'm still feeding her breast milk and introduced solid from 6 months. She is not gaining weight. Kindly advice me what are foods I can give her to gain weight. Thank you so much in advance mam

A. Hi dear mom The weight gets triple the birth weight by one year. As ur baby weight is low u can give different weight gaining food to ur baby like paneer, ghee, dry fruits, cheese, ragi, avocado, potatoes, rice, chicken etc. These will help in weight gain.
