The child could be low immunity and screen addiction is not good i understand that you must be showing the screen to feed the child but you’re actually not doing the right thing because the child is getting more addicted to the screen I would just advise you to get your child involved into some activity while feeding the child and check with your doctor if you need to start giving any appetite activating supplement for the time being
