A. on case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregularities in periods till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. on some months the periods may get delayed by a few days. that is common. however if its happenning regularly then better to consult your gynaecologist itself once. after delivery a lot of hormonal changes happen in the body due to which the periods may get affected. not to worry. stay fit and ear healthy.
