A. Hi mom Pet km karne k liye aap roz exercise kre. Yoga karne se pet km hoga. Oily junk bakery food khana avoid kre. Roz suba gungune pani mein lemon juice and honey mix kr k piye. Isse fat burn hoga. Take care
