gradually increase it to twice, if you feel weak dont over exert your self

Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
