A. dear mom if you are comfortable initiate with 15 mins of walk once a day gradually increase it to twice, if you feel weak dont over exert your self

A. Yea you can try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
