#asktheexpert mam can we start combination like Pongal khichadi nd jaggery nd dates for sweetness baby is 9months

A. yes can use dates, to sweeten your babys ceratin food. give your baby 3 meaks and 1 anack a day and breast feeding on demand. all the very best.
