That Could be due to hormonal change in the body a lot of women suffer from pigmentation during pregnancy and that sometimes things after pregnancy also so it would be better that from now on only you start taking proper care of your skin and also if needed please consult a dermatologist they will advise you with the right kind of products that you should use through your pregnancy and after delivery
