#asktheexpert Madam, My son Arsalan who is 3 yr 8 m old is having patches on his tongue some times they are reddish and some times they are whitish patch . local doctor suggested pyridoxine tablet daily after breakfast. can you please suggest do I have to follow the tablet ingestion or not

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as it is prescribed by your pediatrician,you may give it but along with that, please take necessary care: give curd, buttermilk, green veggies, fresh fruits more which is Rich in folic and vitamin B12 avoid giving RO water give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
