Your weight is very less. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Have milk twice by adding proteins powder. Also have little ghee in dal. Eat eggs soyabean pulses seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc.
Slowly you will gain weight if you will good food. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body.

Include probiotics millets cereals pulses and citrus fruits in diet
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Don't over use senitizer antibacterials antibiotics
