#AskTheExpert ma'am what will you suggest. is laproscopy possible for one ovary removal? currently underweight and having chocolate cyst problem from long term. taking dinogest but now my doctor want to stop this medicine as it's been long term. is their any other medicines to reduce size of cyst.
