#asktheexpert ma'am my child is one year old ..for some reason I have to loss my weight but my child is breast feeding..my concern is if I start dieting then it will affect my feeding child or not

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. your baby is already 1 year of age at this age baby must be in a position to eat the normal traditional food that is prepared for other members in the house no problem you can try to lose your weight it will not have much affect on the milk supply
