NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello this can be due to the cracked nipples and you may aoply nipple buttercream ir nip care whoch can help but make sure to coean the area well before you feed the baby and any concern then it is better to check wuth your doctor and he can guide you accordingly
