A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all skinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

You should not give all these things to the child you can see that you can get once it in a week like junk food or chips whatever your child likes to have that you can be once in a week and rest of the time you should give home-cooked food to the child we as parents only give these habits to the child and then we regret later but this is one way that you can strike a deal about itWrite Your Answer Here
