#AskTheExpert ma’am in 2 months of pregnancy can we sleep in any posture and sit in any posture or there are things to be avoided ?plz suggest

A. you can any. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
