A. feed more frequently for adequate production. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water

A. If You have low milk supply then you should start having lactation supplements they are going to be helpful also I’m going to say that apart from you should have good amount of water into your daily diet that’s also going to be helpful to go ahead with these things are quite helpful when you looking forward to increase your breast feeding and fibre and protein rich diet as well
