Hi parent please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong please encourage your child for physical activity like walking jumping running skipping cycling etc please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour
