A. Hi, due to muscle stretch there will be pain in the legs for kids at this age. Gently massage using coconut oil and give bath every alternative day. Give three meals and two snacks. With this include liquids like fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, milkshakes anything which is home-made. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different veggies, pulses, fruits so the kid get all type of nutrients. Include egg, Paneer, dry fruit and honey in the diet. Take your kid to out to play for about one hour. Physical activity is very important to keep your kid fit.
