#AskTheExpert l have 2 daughters.. 2nd one is 15 months old.. since last 2 months l am noticing fat on my bellis n it's sides.. l am 5"5 n wt is 67kgs

A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Do exercise like yoga,cycling jogging walk dance gym etc to reduce your belly fat.
