teething k time pe baby ka body temperature thoda rise hota hai. aur pet me agr kide hai to bhi body temperature rise hota hai aur pet dard, vomiting ye sb issues hote hai.

teething can not cause fever
it just raises body temperature slightly
so please measure the temperature if it is 100f or above then it indicates that your child is probably sick.
please offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide silicone teether.
maintain good hygiene
